Joseph F. Martin of Romeoville, Illinois, has published three articles in the past several months. The most recent is “Some Poznan Families Immigrated to Calumet, Michigan” which appeared in Rodziny, the Journal of the Polish Genealogical Society of America (Spring 2009, 17-20). Earlier this year another article was “Calumet and Hecla Mining Records: A Mother Lode of Information” published in the NGS Magazine (January – March 2009, 53-56). Previously, his article “Researching Polish Immigrants in Calumet” was in The Eaglet of the Polish Genealogical Society of Michigan (Summer 2008, 64-70).
